Erwin Bogner assumed Lüdecke KG
In 1986 the company was assumed by Erwin Bogner, who was director and partner since 1956, and continued as a family business. He had evolved the medium-sized family company to a premium address for high quality coupling systems. With entrepreneurial vision and a huge personal effort, he established a global sales distribution network and settled in an innovative way the course for future product focuses. Under his direction, the planning and the start of the new company building in 2015 emerged.

Klaus Herdegen became a part of the executive management
Klaus Herdegen joined the company in 1995. 2000 he became a part of the executive management and now continues the family company as Chief Executive Officer. Klaus Herdegen leads the history of the company in an operative way for a long time. During his leadership of the company and due to his own huge commitment LÜDECKE is taking his biggest steps in expanding and developing in its 90-year old history.
