Finally, on Wednesday, April 20th 2016 at exactly 7.00 pm LÜDECKE welcomed 15,000 fresh motivated employees in the company’s own park. They moved right into their new open-plan office and began working immediately – of course with flexible working time model.
One or another may be surprised right now. But no worry:
We’re talking about a project in cooperation with the beekeeping association of Sulzbach-Rosenberg. “Beesharing” is a unique concept in Amberg, where LÜDECKE wants to call attention about the importance of beekeeping.
The company area contains various fruit trees and a huge flower meadow which makes it an ideal area for this purpose. Furthermore, a special “bee commissioner” has been appointed, who takes care of the new workforce.
Thus, in the future LÜDECKE employees can observe the company’s bees and look forward to a tasty honey.
