Hence, it goes without saying that long-term employees are honoured for their company jubilee.
In the last two years, we have had to make do without these events due to Covid-19. This is why all of our jubilarians were even more delighted when they were invited last week by our management, HR department and works council to celebrate at the restaurant Michl in Oberleinsiedl.

As CEO (as well as jubliarian), Klaus Herdegen thanked all guests for their loyalty and dedication and highlighted how important qualified employees are for the company.
Their long-term experience, the resulting knowledge and growing know-how are an important key factor for the success of LÜDECKE.
Above all, he is very proud of the good cooperation and information flow between experienced employees and their young colleagues. In this way, long-term knowledge can be passed on and at the same time benefits can be drawn from new ideas.

Every year, LÜDECKE honours employees who have been with the company for 15, 25 as well as 40 years.
Herdegen proudly announced that the latter one is reached quite regularly.
