Farewell after 41 years at LÜDECKE

Some employees are so integral to a company that their farewell is hard to imagine.
After 41 years in service, Ingrid Ehebauer has been sent off to her well-deserved retirement.

Miss Ehebauer has been an integral part of LÜDECKE since 1981. In her first years, she was a great support to the sales department before she took over as head of purchasing in 1987. Since then she has managed all operative as well as strategic purchasing tasks on national and international level. Due to her technical knowledge and assertiveness, she achieved an excellent reputation in the entire industry.
As manager she has made a huge contribution to the continuous growth of LÜDECKE. Her steady, reliable performance made sure that the manufacturing department as well as the entire company were supplied with all necessary materials and services.

Apart from these important tasks, Ingrid used to be a member of the works council for many years. During this time, she organised numerous events for our employees.

“Today marks the end of a very beautiful but also challenging time” says Ehebauer. “LÜDECKE has not only been my employer but also an important part of my life. I am happy to have worked with such great colleagues.“

Her tasks have been put in good hands: Mr Michael Bogner. He is partner at LÜDECKE and after finishing his studies in economics has been working for the company for three years already. From now on, he will take over as head of purchasing and will be supported by the entire purchasing team.

The team LÜDECKE is deeply thankful and wishes Ingrid Ehebauer good health and all the best for an active retirement.
