Not only sustainable action, but also taking responsibility. LÜDECKE has taken top priority with this intention. We describe in our first sustainability report how to implement these guiding principles in the company.

Alongside of the economic and ecological aspects, the social aspects are also standing in focus. We care not only to supply our customers with high-quality products on a long-term basis, but also to interact responsibly in regards to employees, partners, the environment and the society. It is important to transfer the responsibility to all areas of the company, starting with the selection of materials and the suppliers, spanning over to the development and production through to sales and logistics, including numerous miscellaneous activities.
The coupling systems are streamline optimized to reduce energy costs and increase the durability and lifespan of machinery and tools. Furthermore, we solely manufacture with locally generated, green electricity and heat our buildings with an environmental friendly heat-recovery power plant.

The goal is to be even more efficient on a long-term basis and at the same time create an additional benefit for all parties. LÜDECKE leads the way as a role model and proves that sustainable action does not parallel higher costs, but also makes an excellent contribution to efficiency and profitability.
