The high-quality safety quick connect couplings are made of nickel plated brass (resp. steel and stainless steel) with sleeve lock mechanism and plug shape-coding.
Guaranteed double protection:
Tightening the black anodized locking nut avoids accidental decoupling or unlocking. Due to the shape-coded plug and coupling, twisting of the two parts is prevented relatively to each other. Therefore, torques can be transmitted via the connection. This in turn allows accurate radial positioning of components which are supplied with compressed air through this coupling system. For example, crimped with air push rods, the ESIK series safety quick connect couplings are ideal for positioning block-off bladders and rehabilitation packers on sewer cleaning and drain rehabilitation works.
The optimized, streamlined valve ensures high flow rates with a low pressure drop. The quick connect couplings are suitable for working pressure of up to 35 bar, designed for a temperature range of -20° C to +100° C, and are available with a single shut-off valve.
